Investor and Author Dave Storton

Dave Storton is a 3-time award-winning investor and author of the award-winning book Noteworthy Returns has over two decades of business experience. He founded DSRT Property Solutions, LLC in 2016 after retiring from the San Jose Police Department as Detective Commander of the Financial Crimes Unit. During his career, Dave received two hazardous duty medals and the Blue and Gold Wounded in Service award. He also worked with the state of California to infuse leadership, ethics, and community policing into the police Academy curriculum used in every Academy in California. He is a 3-time award-winning investor recognized at Note Expo by leaders in the note investment space. DSRT invests private capital in real estate notes and other real estate investments, providing solid returns for investors who partner with Dave.
